Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Square.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Shipping

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

  • Standard Shipping: $9

  • Express Shipping: $17 flat rate (1–3 business days).

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds or credit notes.

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

  • In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us at playpretendbyemi@outlook.com and we’ll assist with an exchange.
